Games you grew up on

The consoles are out and they are plugged in. Pick something, put it on, and play it with a drink in your hand. There are board games stacked by the wall too, if that is more your speed.

The art runs wall to wall, and it is the thing reviewers mention first after the games.

  • Consoles, out and playable

Not decoration behind glass. They are set up to be used, and people do.

  • Board games

A stack of them by the wall for the nights nobody wants a controller.

  • Beers, cider and cocktails

A proper selection rather than a token one, and we mix cocktails too.

  • A room worth looking at

Framed art wall to wall, string lights, and shelves of things people recognize.

"Games you grew up on with drinks. Super Nintendo, sega, n64, they have all the games. Just a great time!"

Small, dark, and full of stuff

It is not a big room and it is not trying to be. Low light, string lights along the shelves, and a back bar with more on it than you can take in on one visit.

"Had a great first time here, will definitely be coming back, I love the retro vibe of the place, made me feel like I stepped back in time and could just be a full nerd"

You will know it by the window

We are on Francis Street downtown, with our name on the glass and the light on when we are open. There is a free lot and free street parking, so you are not circling the block.

Cards and contactless are fine. The entrance, the parking and the restroom are wheelchair accessible.
